The movers came to my place 15mins early - they were pleasant, social, talkative and most importantly - professional. They were able to get all my personals out w/out any damages or incident. When it came to moving my couch (which is very big and the elevator is so small) they stayed calm and did not get frustrated about it - they worked as a team and lessened the stress on me. The couple to which we were taking all the furniture, were not prepared (despite months of notice) for movers. The unit was full of boxes, and no coffee break or lunch planned. The unit owners, new to life in a condominium, seem to run into conflict with the manager over the removal of garbage and boxes. But despite all that, your movers stayed very positive and very professional...and extremely helpful in moving and assembling furniture.
